1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Green Dog Mobile Services provides routine pet waste pickup from your property. Our services are limited to pet waste collection only. We do not provide waste hauling, yard maintenance, or deodorizing services.
3. Service Areas
We currently operate in select areas of North Phoenix, North Glendale, North Peoria, and North Scottsdale. Service availability may vary depending on location and scheduling.
4. Scheduling & Access
Customers must provide clear and safe access to all areas requiring service. If access is blocked due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions, service may be skipped, and no refund will be issued. Weather-related or holiday disruptions will be rescheduled or credited at our discretion.
5. Payment & Billing
Payment is required in advance or at the time of service depending on your selected plan. We accept major credit and debit cards. Recurring service plans are billed automatically.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your service at any time with at least 24 hours’ notice before your next scheduled visit. Refunds are only provided if we fail to complete service as agreed.
7. Pet Safety
We use pet-safe tools and always shut gates after each visit. However, it is your responsibility to ensure your pets are secured during service windows. We are not liable for pets that escape due to faulty gates, damaged fencing, or other hazards beyond our control.
8. Excessive Waste Policy
An initial visit or neglected yard may require an additional surcharge due to excess accumulation. We will notify you of any applicable fees prior to service.
9. Subscription Terms
If you sign up for recurring service, you agree to automatic billing until you cancel. You may update or cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
10. Communication Consent
By using our services, you consent to receive appointment reminders, updates, and promotional messages via email or text. You may opt out at any time.
11. Service Refusal or Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service due to safety concerns, repeated access issues, or other policy violations. You will be notified by your preferred contact method.
12. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. First-Time Cleanups
First-time or one-time visits may involve additional work due to buildup. We will assess the condition and inform you of any additional fees prior to service.
14. Prepaid Plan Refunds
If you cancel a prepaid plan before the end of a billing cycle, you may request a partial refund for unused visits. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and issued at our discretion.
15. Service Limitations
We do not remove bagged waste from the premises or provide services such as yard cleaning, deodorizing, or removal of non-pet-related debris. All bagged waste is left in your designated outdoor trash bin.
16. Property Access & Ownership
The person requesting service confirms they have authority to grant property access. If you are renting or managing property on behalf of others (e.g., HOA), you accept responsibility for service arrangements and payment.
17. Missed Visits
In the event of heavy rain, extreme heat, holidays, or emergencies, service may be rescheduled. We will notify you and provide a make-up visit or credit if appropriate.
18. Liability Limitations
We are not responsible for incidental damage to landscaping, irrigation, shoes, lawns, or other property unless caused by our clear negligence. Please notify us of any known hazards before service.
